Tissue and Cellophane Wrapped Gift
Here’s what you’ll need:
:: gift
:: tissue paper {two large sheets}
:: roll of cellophane
:: scissors, tape
:: ribbon, stickers or gift tag for embellishing
STEP ONE: layer two pieces of tissue paper {this will make it less see-through} on top of cellophane. Cut cellophane slightly larger than tissue
STEP TWO: roll up gift
STEP THREE: place gift upside down on the center of the tissue/cellophane and wrap up both sides, securing with tape.
STEP FOUR: tie ends with a pretty ribbon {see my favorites sources of ribbon here}
STEP FIVE: embellish
Grab a little helper to add a name with glittery alphabet stickers {found at the craft store}.
Simple, personal, and oh so cute.

Licorice in Canning Jar
at Christmas time you could do half green apple licorice and half strawberry licorice
Little Wrapped Hershey Bars
Measure and cut your card stock (I used Cherry Cobbler)...
1-7/8" x 4-1/4" and score 1/4" in on each side.
Crease the folds with a Bone Folder.
1-7/8" x 4-1/4" and score 1/4" in on each side.
Crease the folds with a Bone Folder.
Cut 4 pieces of various patterns of DSP...
1" x 3" each
1" x 3" each
I used regular SNAIL adhesive on one end and a small piece of Sticky Strip on the other end (as seen below).
Starting with the end with the SNAIL adhesive begin wrapping the DSP around the Hershey's Nugget.
Pull tight, and seal the end with the Sticky Strip.
Do the same above for each Hershey's Nugget and then place in "tray".
Using pretzel bags (these can be found in the cake decorating/candy aisle of your local craft store)...
Slip the tray with candy into the pretzel bag.
Stamp your greeting, choose your ribbon, and...
...punch a hole and tie the ribbon in two knots to hold secure. Finish it off by trimming the top of the pretzel bag.
These have always been super fun to make and so easy for any holiday!! In fact, I've made them for last year's Holiday Bazaar, Valentine's Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving...

Creepy Halloween Treat Labels
It would be an unfortunate October if the month went by without at least one free printable download. So despite a hectic work week i toiled til the wee hours of the morning creating some dreadfully vile Halloween treat labels. Four loathsome options are included in the download, plus one "fill in the blank", so that all of your wretched needs may be met.
Pick Your Poison Halloween Box
What You Need:
- Decorative excelsior, found in the floral isle
(shredded paper or any other packing material would work, too) - 7″ cardboard decoupage box
- Black ribbon
- Assorted mini-liquor bottles (a 7″ box holds 5)
- Full-sheet label paper
2. Arrange your liquor bottles to fit. I tried to fill each box with a diverse selection of liquor.
3. Download our “Pick Your Poison” label here. Print label on full-sheel label paper, cut out, and stick to your box, folding the edges under the lid.
4. Finish with a beautiful black bow!
